Program Overview

A calm, highly engaging creative day centred around resin pouring, colour play, and slow, satisfying processes. Participants can create pieces such as bookmarks, keyrings, coasters, small trays, and candle holders while practising patience, sequencing, and fine motor skills in a low-pressure environment.

ND facilitators support participants to explore safely: clear PPE, simple step-by-step guides, and flexible pacing make it accessible even for anxious or perfectionistic brains. There is always space to take breaks, watch others, or switch to a lower-demand task if needed.

Program Overview

A small-group outdoor experience designed for neurodivergent children and teens to connect with nature, build confidence in the bush, and develop self-regulation through sensory and physical engagement.

Participants explore local trails, learn flora and fauna identification, practice simple bushcraft, and share a mindful picnic lunch — guided by ND facilitators who understand sensory needs, pacing, and gentle social connection.

The program promotes grounding through movement and mindful observation, helping participants build real-world confidence and emotional balance while enjoying the natural beauty of the Bucketty region.

A trauma-informed Muay Thai program designed for neurodivergent participants who want movement, confidence and calm — without shouting, shame, or pressure. Each session focuses on learning boundaries, body awareness, and self-regulation through controlled martial arts.

Sessions are guided by ND facilitators with lived experience in trauma recovery and martial arts. Every participant works at their own pace in a supportive, sensory-considerate environment that values trust and respect over performance.

Suitable for all fitness levels. Focus is on body awareness, personal boundaries, strength building, and emotional regulation through rhythm and repetition.
